By accessing or using our workflow automation platform and connecting Google services via OAuth (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide a workflow automation environment powered by an n8n instance that allows users to integrate various third-party applications, including Google services, to automate data processing and tasks. The Service is provided to execute automation workflows configured directly by you.

3. User Account and Google OAuth Integration

To use the automated features involving Google services, you must authorize our application via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your own access credentials and instance endpoints.
The nature and content of all workflows and data processed through your connections.
Ensuring that you have the proper rights and authority to access the Google accounts you connect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
Transmit, store, or process malicious code, malware, or fraudulent data.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the Service or Google API ecosystems.

5. Google API Services Compliance

Your integration of Google services through our platform is strictly subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. You acknowledge that your access and use of Google user data must comply with the Limited Use requirements as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the security of our infrastructure or third-party integrations. You may terminate these Terms at any time by disconnecting your Google OAuth permissions via your Google Account security settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Service or its integrations. Automated workflows may experience downtime or interruptions based on API changes, network connectivity, or infrastructure maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polpetta e Raviolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post any updates on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
